Taylor Swift Does 2020 British Vogue

View this post on Instagram

In the January 2020 issue of @BritishVogue, the queen of pop @TaylorSwift meets the king of musical theatre, @AndrewLloydWebber, to discuss collaborating on their track “Beautiful Ghosts” for Webber’s soon-to-be-released adaptation of Cats. On the first cover of a new decade, Taylor wears archive @ChanelOfficial from the Métiers d’art Paris-New York 2005/2006 collection. I wanted to put vintage on the cover of Vogue because we all have to do what we can to contribute to the conversation around sustainability. Buying better and buying less is what I believe in. Welcome to the ’20s! #TaylorSwift wears archive @ChanelOfficial. Photographed by @CraigMcDeanStudio and styled by @Edward_Enninful, with hair by @GuidoPalau, colourist @VictoriaHunter, make-up by @PatMcGrathReal, nails by @MegumiYamamotoNYC, and set design by @MaryHoward_SetDesign.

To be the face of a new decade is to be expected from Taylor Swift. She sure shook her little butt off in the 2010's!  Not sure what we will call the 10's but I'm ready to call the 2020's the roaring 20's, but you really don't get to name a decade til after it's done. Anyhoo, when did British Vogue get better than American Vogue?
