When I first saw her name I was not sure how to pronounce it. Gal Gadot, pronounced ga-dough not ga-dot or gaaaa-do. Now most everyone knows her name thanks to her kick ass job playing Wonder Woman. I never thought you could do better than Lynda Carter, but she did. HBD Gal!

It can help tone your core and increases your overall strength. It challenges balance, coordination and endurance as well as promotes explosive power. You can get a full body workout with just a ball. It truly is an entire "all in one gym”. And who doesn’t have fun with a ball? When I have fun while training I feel inspired to keep going! Today we share 5 exercises with the Med Ball. Our balls are 12 lbs, but you can use any weight your fitness level allows. I do 20 reps for 5 sets. I also made 2 new keto lunch dishes I absolutely love! Have fun today! 💪🏽❤️

     You know how when someone goes on and on about balls and it kind of gets you thinking... Gee this is a good workout. Anyhooo, Halle Berry was at the gayest of the gay GLADD awards where she meowed that her Catwoman was the precursor to the super, mega, blockboster hit Black Panther. Well, perhpas she has a purrfect point. She should at least visit Wakanda. Ok, now back to my balls workout.

Chris Evans is a super hero in real life too. He proudly procalimed adopting a rescue is the way to go. My resuce rescued me more, I think sometimes, than than I him. Does that make sense? It does to me. May they find real love too, someone to set their hearts free.

I'll be honest I was resistent at first to even consider another celebrity politician because of the one that is in office now. Cynthia Nixon recently appeared on Wendy Williams and I must say she has some good ideas. She also knows how to woo a gorgeous crowd like Wendy's. She did play a lawyer on Sex in the City, so that has to count for something.
