This is brilliant! Benedict Cumberbatch goes Lupone on those uncouth theatre novices. When I saw Kinky Boots this dumb woman in front of me pulled out her phone and started reading her texts during a pivotal dramatic moment. I was livid and before she or I knew I was like tap, tap, tap on her shoulder. With a tap and a glare she stopped, but still ruined my experience. File this under fools and their phones.
