♥️HBD Dlisted!♥️



I would like to wish Michael K, the Zsa Zsa Gabor of blogging, a most bodacious quniceaรฑera HBD for the audacious, groundbreaking and seminal blog Dlisted. Some people (one person to my face!) have accused me of cheesing off the moniker which is only 99.9% true. I would like to consider it more a homage and inspiration. Like the wind beneath my wings, but with no return trip.
He/she/they/them brought such delectable words as Nalgas & Chonies into our everday language. He/she/they/them discovered ubรซrstars like Phoebe Price, aka Chicken Cutlets, the face that launched a billion hits. Most importantly, he/she/they/them taught us not to take everything or anything too seriously because life is better that way.
Over the years we have laughed and cried, from the high jinx (emphasis on high) that come from that oversized brain to those dainty clawed fingertips right to our eager eyeballs, further corrupting our tainted hearts every single day. I can only dream of getting 0.1% of the hits you do a minute in my lifetime. HBD Dlisted! We will always love yooose.♥️

Jean Paul Gaultier Bids the Runway Adieu



Jean Paul Gaultier came into his own in the 90's. He pretty much changed how we looked at fashion from being only for rich sophisticates to anyone who was bold enough to express themselves. He looked to the street and brought the low to highbrow magazines and runways. Never have I ever seen anything he's created that didn't titilate the eyes and engage the fun part of my brain. As the fashion landscape has changed, Jean Paul is retireing from the runway after a 50 year career. Enjoy your well deserved retirement, but don't forget to excite our eyeballs every now and again.

This ID cover signals to me that Rihanna is geting ready to drop some much anticipated music after her uber successful foray into beauty and athleisure wear.  I heard she's going back to her roots on this one. I've always wondered what her real hair looked like.

2020 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductees


I actually went to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum last year on my yearly mecca to the Midwest to see mi familia. I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would have. I got to see Elvis's Gold Lamรฉ suit. Stevie Nicks' witchie poo leather and lace outfit, as well as Janet Jackson's infamous Rythm Nation black military number including the knee pads! I got to play bass guitar and prentened I could Rock & Roll for a glorious fleeting moment. I also got to vote for nominess on a touch screen computer. I voted for RuPaul and the computer told me no one had ever voted for RuPaul before. It's fun being the first! This 2020 class is lead by Depeche Mode in my eyes.

Jlo, Judy & Dolemite on the Cover of Vanity Fair



Jennifer Lopez is taking the high road in this whole Oscar snub thing. I'm sure this cover was shot predicitng she would have been nomininated. Most often things don't work out as planned and the urge to hop on a motorcycle and vroom vroom out of town is only human. I do like that Vanity Fair chose these three oldens to cover their Hollywood issue. They usually pluck and splay the ingenรฉue's for this yearly homage. I also think Eddie Murphy and Renee Zellweger would make a super cute couple! Subate a mi moto!
