Finally Lady GaGa is going to be back where she belongs, on tour entertaining the masses live! The snooty Hollywoodland elite snubbed her as she did not land her the Oscar nom she campaigned so hard for in her star turn in (the soon to be camp classic) House of Gucci. Some things happen for a reason and that reason being that she belongs to the people and the peoples want to see her on stage getting cuckoo for coccoa puffs, tantilizing our earholes and eyeballs! Yay for you La GaGa you've already won our hearts! See you soon, your lil' Monsters are waiting!

Icon Rita Moreno Shines Bright

 


What makes an icon most? It's part tenacity, part longevity and all love which Rita Moreno has proven in her lifelong career. In the documentary of her life, Just a Girl Who Decided to Go For It, we see a latina girl who got typecast in the golden age of Hollywood, who still held her head up high and kept her dignity. Rita went on to star in West Side Story then moved on to TV because there were no good parts for her. Thankfully she landed a gig on Electric Company and yelled 'Hey You Guys!' to the world! She got her EGOT and has come full circle again in West side Story in a part written just for her by Spielberg. Ms. Moreno shines bright like a diamond here in Schiaparelli proving what makes an icon most, dignity and grace!

Romy & Michele Reunite at Sag Awards

 


Lisa Kudrow & Mira Sorvino, aka Romy & Michele, reunited at last nights SAG Awards and it feels so good! This awards show is the one where everyone calls eachother "Actor". It's the pinnacle for all actors and their acting careers. They get together and act all actory and dedicate their awards to the non winning actors in a very actorly way while acting not to care about winning becasue it's always about "the work". Seeing these two movie misfits reconnect was a breath of fresh in a room full of hot air and crocodile tears. Squish, squish.
