RIP Kirk Douglas

Kirk Douglas was the poster boy of masculine virility in 50's & 60's Hollywood. His film legacy will be remebered for his chin dimpled portrayals of complex men who always had a saxy lady to fall in love with. Spartacus was his most famous role. He performed most of the film in a loin cloth which was a super plus plus for fans of the male physique. Kirk Douglas lived to 103. Pretty darn good life. RIP.

Shakira & JLo Give Us Everything at Halftime Show

       ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Bedazzled in Versace, JLo & Shakira, in Dundas, slid into our hearts yet again! It was like Latina wonder twins activated and gave us EVERYTHING we need right now. A flashy show with more hip movements per second than Carnival and a reminder that Latinos, when united, are a force to be reckoned with! Let's take that to the polls! Now back to reality, football season is over. In other news it turns out Kansas City is in Misourri.

Grammy Fashion Favoritas

A post shared by ROSALÍA (@rosalia.vt) on

Garmmy's fashion last night was on point for most everyone which is rare. Music people love to stunt and awe and they did. Billy Porter wore a shady bolero hat with a motorized beaded curtain to selectively serve face or shade. Ariana Grande graced us with a grandiose pouf dress looking like the perfect pop princess she is. Up and coming for you, Rosalia, intoduced herself to the masses and wore a red fringed flamenco/80's leatherette showing us three belts are better than one.

2020 Grammy's Tonight

Amidst the Grammy scandal that is goning on right now, the show must go on! With Lizzo, Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish performing it's going to be EPIC! Personally I really enjoy the mashups performaces they do with olden and new artists. Sometimes those works sometimes it don't. We'll watch and see!

♥️HBD Dlisted!♥️

I would like to wish Michael K, the Zsa Zsa Gabor of blogging, a most bodacious quniceañera HBD for the audacious, groundbreaking and seminal blog Dlisted. Some people (one person to my face!) have accused me of cheesing off the moniker which is only 99.9% true. I would like to consider it more a homage and inspiration. Like the wind beneath my wings, but with no return trip.
He/she/they/them brought such delectable words as Nalgas & Chonies into our everday language. He/she/they/them discovered ubërstars like Phoebe Price, aka Chicken Cutlets, the face that launched a billion hits. Most importantly, he/she/they/them taught us not to take everything or anything too seriously because life is better that way.
Over the years we have laughed and cried, from the high jinx (emphasis on high) that come from that oversized brain to those dainty clawed fingertips right to our eager eyeballs, further corrupting our tainted hearts every single day. I can only dream of getting 0.1% of the hits you do a minute in my lifetime. HBD Dlisted! We will always love yooose.♥️

Jean Paul Gaultier Bids the Runway Adieu

Jean Paul Gaultier came into his own in the 90's. He pretty much changed how we looked at fashion from being only for rich sophisticates to anyone who was bold enough to express themselves. He looked to the street and brought the low to highbrow magazines and runways. Never have I ever seen anything he's created that didn't titilate the eyes and engage the fun part of my brain. As the fashion landscape has changed, Jean Paul is retireing from the runway after a 50 year career. Enjoy your well deserved retirement, but don't forget to excite our eyeballs every now and again.

Be sure to check this Insta story for some of the celebs he's dressed.
